Each member shall be mature in faith, judgment, and experience as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, faithful in attendance and participation, consistent in financial support of the Church, of good reputation and Christian character in the home and community, and a member in good standing of Arizona Community Church.  The Board of Elders shall consist of a minimum of seven members and not more than ten plus the Senior Pastoral Team, all of whom will serve as voting members.

David Basinger

David and his wife, Jennifer, have been married 28 years and are from the Phoenix area. They have two grown sons, Nick and Nathan and have been at ACC since 2001. David is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Managing Principal of Basinger Investment Group, LLC. He has led numerous financial programs as part of the ACC financial ministries team including gifting, saving, and money stewardship from a biblical perspective. He has been a part of adult Bible studies, Men’s Bible studies and sports ministries.

John Foster

John and his wife, Debbie, have been married since 1995 and have two grown children, Amy and Chase. He gave his life to Christ in 1998 when they started attending ACC. He works as a registered nurse for a smaller hospital in Mesa. John attends VoyagersClass; ushers for Thrive service and also serves on the Missions Committee. He and Debbie have led classes on financial stewardship, marriage and Rooted. He is very involved in FCA for endurance sports. 
Thomas Horn

Tom and his wife, Jan, have been active members of ACC since 2010. Tom and Jan have been married for 48 years and have four adult children. Tom serves as a co-teacher of the Voyagers Sunday School Class during the Sunday 9:45 hour. Tom accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of eleven and has been active in a variety of churches since then.

Jeff Hubbell

Jeff accepted Christ and started his journey with Jesus as his Savior while in high school here in Tempe. He and his wife, Dawn, have three grown children and one granddaughter. He retired from technology sales and is now a real estate agent.  Jeff is involved with the worship team for Thrive, missions, youth leadership and he and Dawn are active in the Voyager’s Sunday School class. 

Lance Callen
Lance and his wife, Joanna, have been married for 14 years and have two daughters, Rebekah and Deborah. They have attended ACC since 2008. Lance currently attends the Wed AM Men’s Bible study and volunteers on the Green Team. Lance was raised in a Christian home in Colorado where he accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of six. Lance works at Honeywell Aerospace as an engineer.
Harold Molenaar
Harold and his wife, Gayle, have been married for 57 years and they have four married children and 13 grandchildren. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of ten at a revival conference. Harold is a retired teacher and school administrator in four Christian schools for 44 years. He is presently painting houses and doing odd jobs. He and Gayle have been active members of ACC since 2007 and attend the Lighthouse Class. He also attends the Men’s Bible study and works on the Green Team.
Duane Pearson
Duane and his wife, Selene, have been married for 22 years and have twin daughter, Chloe and Jolie, who will turn 18 in October. He was blessed to have been raised in a strong Christian family and accepted the Lord when he was eight years old. He has worked for Loomis, a cash logistics and processing company since 1988 at six different locations. In 2008, his work brought the family to the Phoenix area and they have attended Arizona Community Church since then.
Rick Rankin
Rick and his wife, Wendy, have been married 36 years, have two adult children and have been an active part of ACC since 2006. Rick serves as Orchestra Director and leads worship when needed. Rick is also a member of ACC’s tech committee and serves as the church’s system/network administrator. Rick gave his life to Christ in 1973 and has been active in churches, especially the music ministry, since then. Rick is a software engineer and has an MA in Computer Science.
Jeff Schuler
Jeff and his wife, Tina, have been married for 18 years and have been attending ACC since 2014. They have two teenage children, Michaela and Ryan. Jeff gave his life to Christ in elementary school and has been active in church most of his life. Jeff currently serves on the worship team for Thrive, has led men’s studies and Rooted groups, and is part of a small group. He and Tina have been active in the ACC/Food for the Hungry partnership with Belen, Bolivia.
Paul Brock
Paul met Jesus and was saved at age 18.  He has been married to his wife, Donna, for 32 years and they have four children and two grandsons.  They live in Chandler, where Paul works as a financial adviser. Paul has a particular interest in discipleship as a means to both personal and church growth.  He and Donna lead a life group at ACC, as well as teaching about discipleship.  His past ministry experience includes disciplining, leading small groups, teaching and preaching, pastoring a church plant and serving as board member and board president of a Christian school.
